So if you haven’t read in today’s post, just before midnight last night in a very exciting twitter-fest I broke not only 10,000 views, but my busiest day ever! Possibly thanks in part to my (finally!) non-angsty Scott Pilgrim post on mindfulness, stupidity, and forgiveness. Pretty exciting day all around.

Right, so point being, as explained in today’s post, this whole 10,000 thing is kinda a big deal. So I’m throwing a PARTY!

If you’re reading this, you’re invited! I’d really like to see all of you people who have been a part of this community, these conversations, and yes, these statistics, come out to celebrate.

There is naturally no charge for this event (’cause it’s a party!), but I will be accepting contributions to help me cover costs (come on, I’m a WRITER, you think I can afford to throw a party for ten thousand people?) and I’ll be taking some of those contributions and donating them to Acadia Place. So, karma points all around! A chance to have a kick ass party, and fund a wonderful Calgary Homeless Foundation project I really believe in.

So if you think you’ll come, tweet (#10kparty), contact me, or comment below (if it’s your first time commenting it will be held for moderation), just so I have clue what I’m getting into here.
